VMS's are one of the most important parts of ITS systems. After the data collected in ITS systems are processed, they are transferred to the drivers in the form of graphic and text messages in the relevant VMS.
 
It directs the drivers in bad weather conditions, heavy traffic, accidents and road works, and enables the passengers to save on numerous components such as time, fuel and vehicle wear.
